Sev Besimi is a Melbourne based fitness coach and mentor, with over 30 years experience in the fields of Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, Injury Rehab and Body Transformations.
As a former athlete in Soccer, Bodybuilding and the Martial Arts, Sev has an intimate understanding of the elite-level training, nutrition and restorative methods required to help his clients achieve their goals. Sev is recognised by his peers and clients for delivering remarkable transformations, and implementing innovative fitness techniques that can be transferred from the gym to daily life.
With a client list as diverse as his training methods, Sev produces a bespoke health coaching service for men and women, from beginners to advanced level athletes, making him the cornerstone of their fitness regimen year round.
Throughout his career, Sev has developed a body of knowledge from the continuous refinement of tried and tested principal methods, backed by leading evidence - based scientific research and by mobilizing information from one discipline to another for optimal performance. This journey has given shape to the ‘Sev Method’, a philosophy that strives for ‘physical autonomy’ - having complete freedom of the human body from pain and limitations.
