"I’m 58 years old and have trained regularly since I was 13 including a stint with elite level soccer. I found Sev after suffering for 4 years with 'frozen shoulder'  in both shoulders, and 2 years of rehab with little results.

"I came across Sev in 2017, I needed to lose some weight and gain strength in preparation for my soccer season.  Sev structured an easy to follow detailed plan that consisted of a periodised strength and conditioning program and a nutrition plan, that helped me a lot in my pre-season enabling me to get into the first team senior squad.

The reason I chose Sev out of the other trainers, was for his expertise and also for his personal experience as a professional soccer player, he is the whole package in everything relating to sports fitness whether it’s nutrition, gym, martial arts, strength and conditioning.

"John Gracen, 76 years young! I had a bad accident two years ago, I broke my left arm in 13 places and tore muscles in my right shoulder. I had lost all strength and mobility and suffered frozen shoulder in both arms. I was told by my surgeon I would never get more than 45° angle mobility of my left shoulder. I spent a length of time in rehab with a physiotherapist with little improvement.

 

I decided to work with Sev as I saw the results he had achieved with my partner. Sev followed up my medical records and x-ray reports, and took over from there. Within a period of 12 months my confidence was growing as the strength in my shoulders where improving significantly.

 

Sev kept a track of my progress documenting every progression for me to see which helped me from a mental standpoint. Now I can fully extend both arms well above my head, what a great achievement.
